The leadership of the APEC extends the warmest of felicitations to all members of the association. We celebrate and congratulate Honourable David Ohene-Amoako on his election as president of Graduates Students Association at the University of Saskatchewan. This enviable feat is a mark of the highest historical semblance, since he is the first black person in over forty (40) years to be elected into such position. The APEC is proud that the longest-serving regional coordinator of the ARSRC is still building legacies cast in iron, even in countries outside the confines of Africa.
