Michelle, a seasoned professional in advocacy, program coordination, and public relations, spearheaded gender advocacy efforts at the All-Africa Students Union. Trained in Gender, Peace, and Security at the Kofi Annan Peacekeeping Training Centre, she is committed to creating an equitable and secure world. As the Executive Director of the LiOR Foundation, Michelle combines her dedication to positive change with public relations to impact vulnerable populations, embodying principles of compassion, empowerment, and social progress. Michelle is currently the Assistant Administrator - PR of the Ghana Education Trust Fund.

Franco is a professional debate and public speaking coach and the founder and convener of The Kumasi Debate Open (KDO), one of the biggest Pan African Debate Open Tournaments, hosted annually in Ghana. He is also an academic researcher who has interests in Computational Mathematics, Signal Processing, Computer Programming and Algorithms, Task Automation and Machine Learning.
